Vision, Mission and our history

Rise U up is a service-oriented company dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities, unlocking their potential, and fostering personal growth, satisfaction, and joy.
We started as a statement against the dominated the field, we wanted to set a new, high standard and work as consultants, solving our client's problems.

Mision: We want to provide or make participants feel satisfaction, joy, purpose, empowerment.

People and culture

Our people are what make us unique. Our team is comprised by people with a mix of skill and heart. We use our workers passions to support others capacity building.

We are strong believers in giving our employees a voice, and wings, we want to empower and explore every dream, the fact that it has not been accomplished before, doesn't mean to us, its impossible to achieve, with analysis and effort, we can achieve much.

Our teams are put together with the help of our resident social workers and psychologist to ensure maximum productivity and engagement.

Another aspect that sets us aside, is that we work with a bilingual populations, for now focused in English and Spanish, and we will expand, so we understand also cultural constrains and gaps.
