Support workers CB 1:1

We cater for support at home with daily life tasks, and support with civic and community participation.

While we can provide companionship, our main aim is to support people with CAPACITY BUILDING and work with their understanding and developing intrinsic motivations so they can see the fruit of their own labor in pursuit their goals. LET'S MOVE THOSE LIMITS!

The aim of this service is to support social experiences, so they in the future can be empowered and skilled to access these settings independently. Also to socialise in a safe environment with other participants in ludic and fun activities, where we assist to construct these experiences, and role model positive, calm, and enjoyment with peers in community settings.

The second aim is to -live- enjoy the beautiful social country we live in, and entertain the senses and experience joy, merriment and fun.

Places in nature: beaches, national parks, sightseeing locations. Activities in places like these will also have picnics, sing along with live music, ludic games.

Events: social community gatherings, markets, festivals Open air cinemas

Art: Galleries, museums, expos, theatre, concerts.

Experiences: Cooking sessions, painting sessions, dancing and interacting with music sessions.

Currently this service run fortnightly on Saturday for 4 hrs plus travel.

A calendar of he activities is done every 3 months.

We are tremendously excited about our abilities unleashed programs, as it taps on purpose, independence, self-worth about an abundant pool of human pillars for self-actualisation.

Abilities Unleashed will commence from zero, with simple fun exploration and build from there.

Deliver a range of high-quality services that address the diverse needs of individuals with disabilities. These cover:

Psycho-education and developing self-skills for their own symptoms management.

Education for regulation of emotions and sensory regulation.

Education about nutrition, healthy and balanced eating, and eating for weight gain medication side effects.

Technology for daily life. Banking and loans for daily life (for people on pensions).

Fitness for daily life, for stress management, for healthier self, for burning energy, to sleep better.

Crafts and activities for self care, learning new relaxing things, for making the house more beautiful, and just simply fun and enjoyable to do!! And so many different ones.

Supported employment

This is a service for someone who has already started their journey with their dream job. We look for instances where the participant can learn from others who have done this role successfully, thus safely learn and experience.

In a tailored and Personalized Approach. Implement personalized programs that recognize the unique strengths and challenges of each individual, ensuring our services meet their specific needs and aspirations. With a particular approach of discovery and trial, we continue to explore ways that suit our participants to explore those areas difficult to them.

We support an ongoing support in the various stages of this delicate process. This kind of support requires the already acquired skills with employment. This is stage 2 and 3 of the employment support.

Skills Exploration and Development Program:

The aim of this service is to explore to find abilities that can be developed into skills, and to cross with suitability. This is our way to explore work and careers with optimal engagement in an activity of passion and fulfilment:
Description: We offer a range of tailored programs designed to explore, develop, and showcase individual skills. These programs encompass hobbies, social activities, and overall well-being. Participants can discover hidden talents, engage in skill-building workshops, and even explore the potential for turning skills into additional income or entrepreneurial opportunities.

Skill exploration program

This program looks to provide and develop basic transferable skills needed in every job, and support the participant in skill building these. This program provides training, employment and supported transition into open employment, with a close support and monitoring, as the aim is not "getting a job" but happily maintaining one.
